There isn't anything specifically for films AFAIK. The nearest is BookWyrm which lets you comment and share books, more info at https://fedi.tips/bookwyrm-a-social-network-for-people-who-enjoy-reading
There is also a general review platform at https://codeberg.org/mjh/LibRate but it's not ready yet.
There was a film-specific one in early development at https://code.caric.io/FediMovies/fedimovies but doesn't seem to be in development any more.
