Also, if it's a video, it's important to describe both the sound and the visuals so that it's accessible to everyone.

Text descriptions for audio and video are added just like text descriptions for images (exact steps vary depending on which app you use).

@kkarhan On the one hand, this would help people who simply forget to put alt texts, and it would force people who are ignorant. But on the other hand, it would exclude those who simply don't have the spoons to add an alt text, so I think I'm against mandatory alt text.
